Co-GP structure
ACM invests as a co-general partner alongside institutional investors — committed capital and shared outcomes, not management at arm's length.
Alpha Capital Management, LLC
Alpha Capital Management is an asset management firm that invests as a co-GP alongside institutional investors — and builds education platforms that give financial professionals real fluency in quantitative investment methods.
The Model
ACM commits at the general-partner level — sharing risk and upside with the institutions it invests beside, not sitting outside the deal.
ACM invests as a co-general partner alongside institutional investors — committed capital and shared outcomes, not management at arm's length.
A foundation built across management consulting for hedge funds and private equity firms, operating leadership, and private equity in two capital-intensive industries: insurance and real estate.
Capital allocated with a long horizon. ACM's ownership is anchored by Alpha Asset Holdings — the founder's family office — because durable firms are built by owners, not tenants.
Education Platforms
Too many financial professionals sell strategies they don't fully understand. ACM's affiliated platforms exist to close that gap.
Education built by practitioners, for practitioners — real fluency in the quantitative methods behind the products financial professionals use every day.
Practical, direct training for advisors who want an edge that's earned, not assumed.
Helping advisors stop leaving money on the table.
The Founder
ACM grew out of the fund Brook Church-Koegel launched in 2018 and was formed in California in 2020. His path ran through management consulting for hedge funds and private equity firms, operating leadership at a high-end fitness chain, and several years across the insurance and real estate divisions of a national private equity firm.
His ownership in ACM is held through Alpha Asset Holdings, his personal holding company and the foundation of his family office — and his approach to building institutions traces back to Tree Musketeers, a youth-run environmental nonprofit in El Segundo, which he led as president from 1987 to 1994.
